How it works
A token launched here trades on Arc with real liquidity from its first block, and every trade sends fees to an X account.
Launching
Name it and set the tax
You choose a name, a ticker, an image, and one thing that matters: the tax on buys and sells, anywhere from 0.01% to 10%. Each side is set separately.
Both rates are permanent. There is no function to change them afterwards — not for you, and not for us.
Point the fees at an X account
You name the X account the fees belong to. It does not have to be yours — you can launch a token whose fees go to someone else.
The handle is written into the token on-chain, so it is public and permanent. Only someone who can sign in to that account can collect.
Confirm, and it is live
One transaction, costing a few cents in gas. A billion tokens are created and paired with USDC in a Uniswap v4 pool, with liquidity locked permanently.
You can buy some of your own token in that same transaction. The opening buy skips the anti-snipe tax that hits the first three seconds.
Getting paid
Fees build up on every trade
Each buy and sell pays the tax you set. Argus, the protocol underneath, keeps 10% of it. The rest is credited to the token's creator fees.
So a 3% buy tax sends 2.70% of that trade to the fees, and 0.30% to Argus.
Claim it, or get paid on X
Sign in with X on the claim page. X tells us the handle directly, so nobody can collect fees pointed at someone else. What has accrued is paid to your wallet in USDC on Arc.
If the account is eligible for X Money, there is nothing to do: the fees are sent there every 12 hours.
Worth knowing
Can the liquidity be pulled?
No. It is held by a locker contract with no withdrawal function. Not by the creator, not by xarc.money, not by anyone.
Do holders earn anything?
No. Tokens launched here send 100% of the creator fees to the named X account, with nothing allocated to holder dividends or buybacks. Holding a token pays you nothing — the only return is the token's own price.
Is the tax charged when I move tokens?
No. It applies to trades against the pool. Sending tokens between wallets is untaxed.
What does it cost to launch?
Gas only, around six cents, paid in USDC. xarc.money takes no launch fee and no cut of the creator fees.
Who is the creator on-chain?
The xarc.money contract. That is what lets fees be held for an X account instead of a wallet, and it is why the creator address is the same on every token launched here.
